Any cancellation by the client must be made in writing. The date on which the email is received by us will determine the cancellation charges applicable. These charges are expressed as a percentage of the total tour price and are as follows: 90 – 42 days before departure 50%; 41 – 28 days before departure 75%; 27 days or less before departure 100%.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. If the trip is cancelled we will arrange an alternative date or a full refund if you can not make the alternative date. In general, the workshop will not be cancelled due to the weather forecast. We have never had a workshop where we have not spent the majority of it out shooting. If the weather does limit our shooting we will spend more time learning techniques and post-production. Ultimately, the best photographs can come from any combination of weather conditions and we will find subjects and locations to match. Please note that the tours require a minimum number of people. If there are not enough participants one week beforehand a full refund will be provided, or you will be given the option to keep your place on the next date.

One day Bespoke tours require a non-refundable deposit of $250 to be paid at the time of booking or you may pay in full. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to departure.
